Phoenix Stretch wrappers offers automatic and semi auto stretch wrappers. OZ Packaging is official certified partners with Phoenix.

This low-profile machine is the entry level model. It has a 4,000-pound weight capacity and a 15 rotations per minute speed. his machine is capable to about 40 pallets per hour.  The PLP-2100 is built to handle the constant loading and unloading of heavy pallets. Its extra- large turntable – 56×56 inch – handles most pallets with ease.

This high-profile wrapper is designed for use with forklifts and is most popular. Customizable to fit specific stretch wrapping needs, this wrapper is used from wrapping chips to bricks. It provides consistent, repeatable stretch wrapping performance. Extremely operator friendly, the one-touch operator starts and simple film roll changing makes this easy to use for all employees. This stretch wrapper wraps even the toughest loads with very little stretch film. Fast, reliable, and built like a tank the PHP-2150 is safe to use.

The PRRA can do so by starting at the bottom of a load and finishing at the top without having to return down to the clamp fixed at the conveyor. This means that you can save an extra 30+ feet of stretch film while still applying the same required load retention wraps. The Rotary Ring rotates only the carriage itself. The result is a much faster “low mass rotation system” that because of the limited stress and strain on the working component is much better suited for 24hr/7 days a week application. The result is thousands of dollars in annual savings in both film and labor compared to all conventional wrappers.

With its compact footprint this is the series of choice in most tight fitting stretch wrapping applications. Meets most stretch wrapping applications and is customized to meet your exact requirements. Designed to be a durable dependable machine that will, day in and day out, tackle all your tough applications, while providing the maximum in customer flexibility in case your requirements change.

The PRTL is designed for Extremely Heavy Pallet Loads: Where supporting the weight using a rotating table is not practical. Tall Pallet Loads: Where the risk of the turntable rotation destroying the load prevents using a turntable model.

Very Light Pallet Loads: Light loads can fall apart on a Rotary Turntable Machine whereas the Rotary Arm model keeps this load stationary for easier wrapping. Unstable Pallet Loads: Mixed product loads or loads that are naturally unstable or poorly constructed cannot be rotated and thus are a perfect fit for the Rotary Arm Style Stretch Wrapper.

Washdown Environments: Unlike Rotary Turntable Machines, there are no drives or components at floor level. The Rotary Arm model enables you to raise the film carriage up out of the way and proceed with wash-down without issue.
